Blueberry Cheese-Cake Popsicles

Ingredients

frozen blueberries
thawed (do not use fresh)
1/2
cup
low-fat cottage cheese
1/2
cup
low-fat milk

tablespoons
maple syrup

teaspoon
lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/8
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Place all of your ingredients into a blender and puree, scraping ingredients off sides of blender back into the mixture as necessary.
Pour mixture into
popsicle molds
.
Freeze until solid.
Notes
Makes six popsicles when using ⅓-cup molds.
