Just a suggestion. Adding directions to recipe as to removing mini coffee cakes from pan would be helpful

I am so bummed at this. I was so excited to find a cinnamon bread designed for mini loaf pans, however, I only managed to get 7 (not 10) loaves. Also, the pics looks nothing like how it turned out. Very disappointed

Happy Holidays! I just made a 10 loaf batch of these mini cakes. With the amount of batter I was only able to get 4.25 loaves. Wondering how full the loaf pans should be filled with batter?
