I had hip replacement surgery on Dec 14. I am just now able to really do all I want to do and it is NOT comfortable yet. That PT thing. Ugh. So necessary but man is it exhausting and hard to make yourself do. My biggest challenge was putting on my socks and shoes. Geez who would have ever thought I’d need kids to do that for me. Progress is my word this year. Patience goes right along with it though. I hope that you are on the mend and things are getting back to normal.
