In reply to Jan. Hi Jan. I would make them closer to the event. You can prep the pudding mix ahead of time and assemble day of event. You just don't want the banana to brown and the cookie to soften or get soggy -- that's no fun. Enjoy!

Is it better to make these closer to when you will serve them or can you make them in advance Making for a Bunco party. Just the right amount after dinner!
