Mix together oats, creamer and milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 1 to 2 minutes. Add additional milk or oats, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
Stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Heat through.
Sprinkle with chopped walnuts, optional.

Creamer isn't available to you? Use 3/4 cups milk and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon sugar. Add additional cinnamon sugar, to taste.
