Cinnamon Roasted Almonds Recipe
Ingredients

cups
raw whole almonds
1/2
tbsp
olive oil
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 250.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put almonds in a large bowl, add olive oil and stir well.
Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt. Toss to coat.
Spread almonds evenly on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Cool and store in air tight container.
Notes
Note: If almonds are frozen, they stay fresh up to a year.
