Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add chocolate chips to a medium mixing bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Microwave until the mixture is smooth and creamy when stirred.
Fold the almonds into melted chocolate until they're fully coated.
Using a 1-inch cookie scoop, fill the scoop and place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all of the mixture has been used.
Immediately sprinkle each cluster with a bit of sea salt.
Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
Notes
Place in the freezer if you're in need of them setting sooner.
These can be kept in an airtight container in a cool area for about a week. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a month or two to three months when stored in the same manner in the freezer.
You can swap out the almonds for another favorite nut.
