Snowball Cookies with Pecans
Ingredients
1
cup
salted butter,
softened
1/4
cup
sugar
2
cups
chopped pecans
2
cups
all-purpose flour
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Instructions
Combine butter, sugar, pecans, flour and vanilla extracts in a large bowl.
Mix together with your hands or spoon/spatula.
Roll into one-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while warm; let cool and roll again in powdered sugar.
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days.
Makes about 4 dozen.
