Three-Bean Weight Watchers Chili - ZERO Points

  • 2 15-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 15-ounce cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 15-ounce can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 14 1/2-ounce cans diced tomatoes with chilies
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 large red onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 1 1/4-ounce package chili seasoning mix
  • 1 14-ounce package thawed frozen corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt, optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro


  • Combine beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, and seasoning mix in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.  Stir together.  
  • Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-6 hours, adding corn during the last hour of cooking.
  • Stir in lime juice and cilantro just before serving.  Add additional cilantro for garnish, optional.
