Skinny Tuna Sandwich

Servings 1 Sandwich


  • 2.6 oz pouch chunk light tuna in water
  • 2 Tbsp fat free mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp uncooked red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sweet red pepper chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Whole Wheat Sandwich Thin


  • Combine tuna, mayonnaise, onion and red pepper in a small bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Serve on sandwich thin (toasted, optional).


*Served with Sea Salt Special K Cracker Chips, add 2 points for 15 crackers and 3 points for 30 crackers.
