Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes


  • Yellow Cake Mix
  • Strawberry Jam
  • Cool Whip
  • Fresh Strawberries


  • Make a batch of cupcakes with yellow cake mix, allow to cool.
  • Mix 3/4 cup of strawberry jam with 2 cups of cool whip, or to taste.
  • Place in freezer for 30 minutes to thicken.
  • Cut the cooled cupcakes in half crosswise.
  • Top with Strawberry and Cool Whip topping.
  • Repeat on top of cupcake, adding a dollop of cool whip.
  • Garnish with slices of fresh strawberries
