Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

A simple and delicious wing recipe that can be ready in less than 30 minutes.


  • 1 pound of chicken wings
  • 5 oz. Italian Style Bread Crumbs (approximately 3/4 cup)
  • Ziploc Bag or Large Bowl
  • Hot Sauce


  • Cut and prep wings, discarding the wing tips.
  • Place bread crumbs in ziploc bag, add wings and shake.
  • Remove wings and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake at 450 for 20-25 minutes.
  • Pour hot sauce of choice in bowl and coat wings.


Tip:  Place aluminum foil on baking sheet to keep clean up to a minimum.
