Delicious Overnight Oats with Berries.

Overnight Oats Recipe


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup Silk Soymilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup blackberries or cut strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon of pecans chopped


  1. Mix the oats, soy milk, cinnamon and honey together in a bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. In the morning, heat up and top with berries and pecans. Add additional milk if desired.
