Easy Shepherd’s Pie
This Easy Shepherd's Pie is a delicious semi-homemade dish that the whole family will enjoy.

bag of mixed vegetables, cooked

jar gravy, beef or turkey
Instructions
Heat oven to 350.
Prepare Potato Buds for 8 servings as directed on package. Stir in parsley flakes; set aside.
Brown meat along with the chopped onion.
Cook the vegetables according to package instructions.
In a large bowl (or meat pan), stir together the meat, vegetables, and gravy.
Pour into a greased 2-1/2 or 3-quart casserole dish.
Spread the potatoes over the meat mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly.
Notes
Substitute the chopped onion for 1 tablespoon dried minced onion.
