Cinnamon Roasted Almonds Recipe


  • 2 cups raw whole almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Put almonds in a large bowl, add olive oil and stir well.
  • Sprinkle in cinnamon and salt. Toss to coat.
  • Spread almonds evenly on baking sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Cool and store in air tight container.


Note: If almonds are frozen, they stay fresh up to a year.
