Bacon Brussels Sprouts

  • 4 to 6 ounces center cut bacon
  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • Pinch of sugar


  • Slice brussels sprouts in half, lengthwise and set aside.
  • Cook 4-6 ounces of center cut bacon in a skillet and drain.
  • Stir-fry the brussels sprouts in the drippings.
  • Add minced garlic, teriyaki sauce, water and bacon.
