Thanks for the weekender update I truly enjoy them. Your coffee is coming soon. I just want you to know that you are not alone with the menopause situation, it’s hard. I am 61 and I tend to be hard on myself because of the anxiety and lack of energy. But, I realized that the hormones are no joke, not to mention the part where it’s so hard to loose weight and keep it off. So, I get you and all we can do is pray for strength daily. We are gearing up to get our Johnny boy neutered and thanks a bunch for the alternative cones.
