Hi Carole. Thanks for your comment. My twin is going through menopause too. Her doctor mentioned Black Cohosh, so I just bought some. I’m praying it will help with minimal to no side effects I still need to check on potential bladder issues.

I’m quite a bit older than you, but when I went through menopause I took Black Cohosh, an OTC.
Or maybe you’ve tried it already. My OBGYN was impressed.
I never developed any of the minimal side effects but it did take care of the hot flashes.

(Thankfully just a tiny bit). My doctor finally recommended Vitamin E for hot flashes, that works better than anything.
