Hi Kelly…it is about time I leave a comment since I’ve been reading your blog for so long and enjoying it so very much. Now that it is mostly a once a week, weekend blog it is the first thing I open on Saturday! I did want to let you know that not only do I follow WW, I was a leader for many years in the day of “just meetings” and not online. And it is my go to when seasonal or situational events lead to a bit of a gain. It’s part of the journey and so natural and common. Just get back. When I say I’ve done WW many years, that includes two pregnancies and decades and retirement. It really, really works through those stages and is so adaptable and healthy. You are doing great!
The Thing about Pam was so quirky and good! I had watched a dateline about it before the mini series and the follow up Dateline was great to watch.
I live just below you in Arkansas since retiring here a few years ago. Spring is here!

In reply to <a href="https://livelaughrowe.com/the-weekender-53/#comment-148841">Laurie</a>.

Hi Laurie!! You made my day with your sweet comment. And I laughed out loud about the "whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa." Renee nailed Pam Hupp and made that mini-series a true delight to watch. And the Dateline was crazy entertaining too. I loved how Keith Morrison kept looking at the DA like she was crazy. Hahahaha. Thanks so much for stopping by and chatting. Have a fabulous weekend. HUGS!!

Hey, Kel. Once again, your Weekender made me smile. I think if we knew each other in person, we could be besties. I LOVE my hairdresser too. Her name is Jill and she is awesome. And it absolutely is pampering, having my hair cut, colored and styled. I also am a HUGE Jeopardy fan, but I don't get to watch it as much as I'd like b/c I work 3 afternoons a week, but I love to answer the questions. And I watched The Thing About Pam a few weeks ago- it was fascinating!!! When I watched the Dateline piece after the miniseries (I am also a big crime show fan, real life and fiction) I was amazed at how well Renee Zellweger portrayed her. That "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa" thing she did on the stand- Renee nailed it. And that DA!!! Even on the Dateline show, she didn't want to admit that she had been wrong and prosecuted an innocent guy. I was so glad that the cops kept on the case (even though the first team of cops biffed the investigation) came through for Russ in the end, and I LOVED Russ' lawyer, played by hubba hubba Josh Brolin. And the window sticker about something good happening to you today. Things like that just warm my heart. Anyway, it was nice "talking" to you this morning. Enjoy your Gulf Shores vacay. Someday I will get there too. Happy Day. :)
