I have lived with chronic back pain from a birth defect that never showed up until I was 35!! Now 8 surgeries later…I live with terrible pain and spend majority of my time in bed on ice. But I do find joy on the days I can be up and get a few things accomplished. Please take care and give yourself mercy and time to rest!
