]]> By: jenni https://livelaughrowe.com/salmon-patties-dill-butter/#comment-104288 Tue, 31 May 2016 14:12:41 +0000 http://livelaughrowe.com/?p=34732#comment-104288 my mom made these all the time when i was young. i loved the bones as well…crazy, right? she used left-over mashed potatoes instead of the crackers. i’ve been making them lately because i’ve been craving a little comfort food. i use leftover salmon (we live in the pacific northwest…salmon is so available) and have put in the egg and left out the egg and i find that the mashed potatoes do a fine job of binding the mixture together, although i do have to put it in the oven to finish cooking so it holds together. we serve ours with homemade tartar sauce. i can’t get enough of them! thank you for refreshing my memories!
