Just curious, do you know how well they would come out if I used gluten free flour (like Bob’s Red Mill)? Have always had beags….but Harley is my first girl. And as with all girls, they give their mom a run for my money. Harley has an allergy to rice….and the pumpkin peanut butter cookies sound wonderful, BUT can’t use white or rice flour….can you suggest something else to use that would give the same consistency? They would both love these, and I have to admit they sound good enough for a class of milk for me, too. Thanks so much

Hi Pat! I’m sure you could substitute the rice flour with a gluten free flour. My guess would be any flour that is safe for dogs will work šŸ™‚ Enjoy!
