(Great pics by the way!) We have someone with gluten issues so I think I am going to try to swap out the all-purpose flour for pecan meal (flour) and see how this shakes out. It usually works and gives us a great gluten-free alternative.

Last week I needed a quick and easy recipe to take to a missionary farewell. I saw these bars on your blog and decided that I would love to eat them (because I love pecan pie which I seldom get). So, I quickly made two pans of them the night before the big shindig and then I took them along the next day. After many friends, family and other guests had left, I heard that they were a big hit and went way too fast. I just thought you might like to know.
