Hi Gail. Yes, a stiff cotton blend would work. In all honestly, any fabric will work; however, the thinner the fabric, the more you’ll have to use to create a full wreath. I hope that helps. Feel free to send your completed wreath to me or tag me on social media — I’d love to see it! Cheers!
