					<description><![CDATA[Kelly, would there be any kind of a substitution for the white wine? I do not drink wine and I would hate  to buy a bottle of wine just to make meatballs. Yeah I would like to try the chicken broth I have never heard of them being made like that.  Would the meatballs still come out OK without the wine?]]></description>
