Do you take Vitamin C? I take a buffered C after each meal and it has made such a difference.
The one that I use is made by Thorne and must be available to you in the U.S.
Thank you for the print of the daffodils. The yellow daffodils lift my heart in the spring, and deer and squirrels won’t come near them. BONUS!
