Hi Gaye. Well, that’s a shame. I’ve never experienced them not drying to a crunch. Maybe it is the humidity. You could always try to bake them dry; just keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn. If they’re not dry, I definitely wouldn’t put them in a jar — they will most likely all stick together. I wish I could be of more help.

The flavor is amazing but I must have done something wrong . . . they are not drying out very easily. Perhaps because it’s humid here in Florida? I made them about three hours ago and they are still very sticky. If I put them in a jar, they are going to clump. Ideas for where I went wrong?

I can’t believe these are no-bake. I’m definitely trying them for my holiday parties. I love to set out bowls of nuts on the bar and tables around the party space.

Yum! Just made them. I doubled the vanilla and cinnamon. Added 1/2 tsp + Cayenne pepper for a little kick. Used 4 cups of
peacans.
