Hi Eliece. I’m so sorry that I overlooked that. I tweaked the original recipe and eliminated one egg where the egg white was used for egg wash. My apologies for inconveniences. I’ve updated the recipe to include the ONE EGG that is necessary. Thanks so much for brining this to my attention.
